Attached is an English translation of the summary of the letter dated December 21, 2009 filed by the Company with the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires and the Comisión Nacional de Valores:

By letter dated on December 21, 2009, the Company reported that it has subscribed a purchase agreement in connection with the auction of a plot of land located in “Catalinas Norte”, City of Buenos Aires, totaling a surface of 3,648.54 square meters.

The total amount for the transaction was fixed in Ps. 95 million. The amount of Ps. 19 million were paid upon the signature of the agreement and the outstanding balance of Ps. 76 million will be paid upon the execution of the deed of the plot, in May 2010.
