Attached is an English translation of the summary of the letter dated November 24, 2009 filed by the Company with the Comisión Nacional de Valores and the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires.

By letter dated November 24, 2009, the Company reported that following the decision to sell non strategic assets for its ordinary course of its business, has sold to Fideicomiso de Administración Costeros (the “Buyer”), a building located in Olga Cossentini 1553, Ciudad de Buenos Aires, named Edificio Costeros.

The price for this transaction was established in U$S 18,000,000.00, which was fully paid by the Buyer. Furthermore upon the closing of this transaction all the current leases were transferred to the Buyer.
