On April 26, 2009, Limelight Networks, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts granted the Company’s motion for judgment as a matter of law on April 24, 2009, setting aside a prior jury verdict and ruling that the Company does not infringe Akamai Technologies, Inc.’s U.S. Patent No. 6,108,703 in the Akamai Technologies, Inc., et al. v. Limelight Networks, Inc. litigation matter, and certain other information. The full text of the press release concerning the foregoing is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
