On November 9, 2007, Mr. David Barr, Vice President and Corporate Controller (principal accounting officer) of Silicon Graphics, Inc. (the “Company”), left employment with the Company. Ms. Kathy Lanterman, the Company’s Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will serve as the Company’s principal accounting officer until Mr. Barr’s replacement is identified and appointed to the position.
