Attached is an English translation of the Complementary Notice dated October 11, 2007, filed by the Company with the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires and the Comisión Nacional de Valores.
By letter dated October 11, 2007, the Company reported the following amendment to resolution Nº7 of the Summary of the resolutions adopted at the captioned Shareholder’s Meeting:
7. CONSIDERATION OF THE COMPENSATION TO BE PAID TO THE SUPERVISORY COMMITTEE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDED ON JUNE 30, 2007.
The Shareholders’ Meeting approved by majority vote to pay, in this opportunity, a Ps. 30,000 compensation to the Supervisory Committee.
