Attached is a copy of the letter dated May 16, 2007 filed with the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires and with the Comisión Nacional de Valores.
By letter dated May 16, 2007, the Company reported that subscribed a preliminary purchase agreement with corporation called Compañía Minera y Ganadera 8 de Julio S.A., in order to acquire a farm owned by such corporation. The farm is called Estancia Ocho de Julio, located at the San Julián zone, Magallanes department, in the Province of Santa Cruz. The Estancia Ocho de julio has an area of 90,000 hectares, and its possession took place at the time of the execution of the agreement. Pursuant the above mentioned agreement, the Company paid a purchase price of US$ 2,400,000.
