Dynegy Inc. (“Dynegy”) is participating in the Merrill Lynch Houston Power & Gas Day to be held in Houston, Texas, on Tuesday, March 20, 2007. Bruce A. Williamson, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Dynegy, is scheduled to deliver a presentation beginning at 9:45 a.m. Central time/10:45 a.m. Eastern time. The slide presentation for use by Dynegy in conjunction with the event is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
