On June 9, 2004, Northwest Pipe Company issued a press release announcing (i) the receipt of a letter of intent from PCG Civil Constructors Inc. for approximately $14 million of welded steel pipe, and (ii) the Company’s expectations as to earnings per share for the quarter ending June 30, 2004.
