On June 12, 2008, Alliance Data Systems Corporation provided to market analysts an IR Update announcing that its Epsilon business has signed a multi-year extension agreement with Nestle Purina PetCare Company to continue to host and manage its multi-brand interactive marketing database platform. A copy of this IR Update is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
