Item 2.02     Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On April 29, 2008, G&K Services, Inc. issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fiscal quarter ended March 29, 2008. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report. The press release contains a non-GAAP financial measure which is the organic industrial rental growth rate. The organic growth rate is calculated using industrial rental revenues, adjusted for foreign currency exchange rate differences and revenues from newly acquired locations. Management believes that by eliminating the impact of the U.S.-Canadian exchange rate and the effects of the company’s recent business acquisitions, the organic growth rate better reflects the growth of the company’s existing industrial rental business and is therefore useful in analyzing the company’s overall financial condition and the results of its operations.
