Global
Resource Corporation intends to file within 60 days its Annual Report on Form
10-K for the year ended December 31, 2009 and intends to file shortly thereafter
a further Amendment to its Registration Statement on Form S-1, SEC File Number
333-149199 and its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q with respect to the first
quarter of 2010.
