The registrant is unable to complete and file the Form 10-Q without
unreasonable effort or expense by the due date because we have not yet finalized
our Form 10-Q for the quarter ended October 29, 2005 and accordingly, our
independent registered public accounting firm has not completed their review of
the interim financial information and their procedures with respect to the Form
10-Q.
