Item 2.02.  Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On January 22, 2008 the Company issued a press release announcing financial results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2007 and a $0.06 per share dividend.  The dividend will be paid on February 15, 2008 to shareholders of record at the close of business February 1, 2008.  A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this current Report on Form 8-K.
