Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.
On August 15, 2018, Netlist, Inc. (the Company) held its 2018 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the Annual Meeting) in Irvine, California. As of June 18, 2018, the record date for the Annual Meeting, there were 100,499,508 shares of the Companys common stock issued and outstanding and entitled to vote on the proposals presented at the Annual Meeting. A total of 74,122,284 shares of the Companys common stock, which constituted a quorum, were present in person or by proxy at the Annual Meeting. Set forth below are the final voting results for each of the five proposals submitted to a vote of the Companys stockholders at the Annual Meeting.
Proposal 1 Election of Directors. The Companys stockholders elected the four persons named below as directors of the Company, each to serve until the Companys 2019 Annual Meeting of Stockholders or until his successor is duly elected or appointed and qualified.
