On July 23, 2015, Home Properties, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the expiration of the “go-shop” period established pursuant to the terms of the previously announced Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of June 22, 2015, by and among the Company, Home Properties, L.P., LSREF4 Lighthouse Acquisitions, LLC, LSREF4 Lighthouse Corporate Acquisitions, LLC, LSREF4 Lighthouse Operating Acquisitions, LLC and UDR, Inc. (the “Merger Agreement”).

 

A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
