Item 8.01. Other Events.
On May 13, 2010, the National Indian Gaming Commission (the NIGC) informed Station Casinos, Inc. (the Company) and the Match-E-Be-Nash-She-Wish Band of Pottawatomi Indians of Michigan (the Tribe) that the NIGC has approved the Fourth Amended and Restated Management Contract between the Tribe and MPM Enterprises, L.L.C. (MPM), dated April 29, 2010. Pursuant to the Tribes Gaming Ordinance, the Fourth Amended and Restated Management Contract must also be approved by the Tribes Tribal Gaming Commission.
