                The following information is furnished pursuant to Item 12, “Results of Operations and Financial Condition.” On August 4, 2004, 3D Systems Corporation issued a press release and held a conference call announcing the Company’s results of operations for its second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2004. A copy of the transcript of the conference call and the accompanying presentation materials, are attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and are incorporated into this Item 12 by this reference. The press release was included as an exhibit to a Form 8-K furnished to the SEC on August 4, 2004.
