On January 27, 2005, the Company issued a press release announcing that the plaintiffs in the purported securities class action lawsuit brought against the Company and two of its former officers in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire (the “Court”) in June 2003 have withdrawn their appeal of the Court’s recent dismissal of the suit. The press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 attached to this current report and is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.
