Attached is an email communication to employees of Pharmion Corporation with the titles of Vice President or Director from Pam Herriott, Vice President of Human Resources, regarding clarification of the email communication to Pharmion employees from Pam Herriott announcing an Option Exchange Program. The text of the email communication from Pam Herriott to Pharmion employees announcing an Option Exchange Program was previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 15, 2006, and is incorporated herein by reference.
